What is this session about?
This workshop focuses on helping participants understand how teams are formed and how they evolve, enabling them to hack the process and providing them with clear and simple guidance on how to lead, support and organize any team based on its group stage and maturity level.

Structure
Part 1.
Team development model
You will learn about the team development model designed by Alejandro Masferrer. Specifically, we will learn about the four stages of a group's maturity, its peculiarities and characteristics, how to differentiate them and why it's essential to recognise them.
The stages will help us understand the team development model and its most important elements.
You will learn:
→ Learn about the four stages of group maturity
→Understand the team's behaviours, expectations and thinking through time
→Recognise the most important elements to help a team grow
Part 2.
Navigating the phases & troubleshooting
This part will explain and experiment with how to help teams grow and evolve according to the model. We will see how to design a proper context that makes a group develop into an efficient and mature team.

→How to modify and adapt your leadership style depending on your team's stage
→How to implement and promote efficient ways of communicating for each stage
→Understanding where to put your investment and effort when it comes to team development
→Understanding what kind of dynamics are promoted inside the team for each stage
